Purveyor provided an answer to this question in this review of DIYThemes:The Thesis theme by DIYThemes comes in two flavors: Personal ($87) and Developer ($164). The Personal option lets users use Thesis on one live website and it gives users access to the members-only Answers and Forums section of the website. The Developer option gives users unlimited use of the framework, access to beta versions, and client site options. This price range is a reasonable one. It even offers greater value as some of the other options for developing a custom WordPress theme do less for a greater price. more
